Analyze… Inspect… Document… Permit = Development Friendly Projects
The Abbey Road Land Development Services Company provides guidance for public and private sector developers and contractors regarding wetlands, streams, lakes, and estuaries, by providing innovative and realistic solutions to meet those land development needs. To begin, we provide developers with guidance that includes initial wetland determinations, more detailed wetland delineations, development and balanced environmental considerations, and long-term monitoring. Various environmental laws are considered and analyzed to provide the foundation for any required special studies. Guidance and recommendations include consideration of Best Management Practices (BMP’s) and special studies that may be required prior to application submittal. The goal is to respond to all phases of your project, such as feasibility, managing pre-application/development meetings, conducting required studies, and obtaining project permits. This provides a turn-key project approach.
Wetland studies are specifically crafted to meet your development needs, while meeting jurisdictional constraints. These studies have the necessary documentation to ensure compliance with local, State, and Federal laws. Onsite inspections offered during the development phase reduce project costs and missed timelines.
