The Abbey Road Group Land Development Services Company understands the Development Process and its requirements and coordinates the project designs with the client; the design team, local jurisdiction, utility districts, other sub-consultants and contractors as needed to facilitate the project. This will require meeting with the client, other consultants, the municipality and/or other jurisdictions and agencies.
All work required for the coordination and/or meetings related to this project will be completed as necessary to facilitate the project. Our office will solicit and consolidate proposals from consultants, sub-consultants and contractors and provide them to the client with our recommendation to select the design team. Our office will process the design team’s bill and present them to the client on a monthly basis for payment. Our office will coordinate design team meetings as required to facilitate the project. Our office will follow-up with agencies on work required after the documents have been submitted to the agency including, but not limited to, coordinating the response to review comments, coordination additional information at the request of the agency and/or additional work requested by any other party. Our office will also provide the client with weekly updates of the project to keep the client and the design team informed of budget, timeline and design issues.
