The Project Managers at the Abbey Road Group Land Development Services Company will coordinate public hearings with the client, the design team, the local jurisdiction, utility districts and other sub-consultants needed to facilitate the Project.
We will:
Meet with the client, consultants, the municipality and/or other jurisdictional agencies prior to the hearing to ensure the schedule, content, timing and responsibilities for the hearing.
Coordinate with the design team for the preparation of required exhibits, graphs, notes, details and specifications.
Assist the client and make recommendations in regards to contacting outside special interest groups and the adjacent home and property owners to help answer their questions prior to the public hearing.
Attend and facilitate the public hearing on behalf of the client and the project.
Provide detailed meeting minutes of the public hearing.
